Chad Beers, a native of Buffalo, NY, embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship. Growing up in the property preservation industry, Chad ventured beyond his hometown in 2007 to establish his own enterprise. In just a few years, he successfully expanded his business ventures, founding First Property Asset Managers, LLC, a comprehensive firm specializing in acquisitions, auctions, sales, rentals, and maintenance.
Under Chad’s leadership, Beers Construction Partners has flourished into a premier destination for property solutions. Offering a wide array of services including preservation, maintenance, renovations, fix-and-flip projects, single-family rentals, and new constructions, the company has amassed a portfolio exceeding $100 million in construction projects across the Southeast.
In addition to his role as CEO of BCP, Chad maintains diverse interests in the real estate realm. His portfolio encompasses various enterprises and investments, spanning co-working spaces, storage facilities, and short-term rental properties.
Beyond his professional achievements, Chad’s athletic background shines through his collegiate baseball career, where he earned accolades for his exceptional performance, ranking 1st nationally for the lowest ERA in junior college during 2005-2006. Outside of work, Chad finds joy in hunting, as well as exploring opportunities in real estate and entrepreneurship.

I have years of experience as an Integrator, both full time and fractional. I am a graduate of the Integrator Masterclass and a founding member of the Integrator Mastery Forum hosted by EOS Worldwide. I have glowing references from Visionaries and Implementers. As the Integrator I serve as the glue that holds everything together. Andy MacQueen is the Assistant Director of Construction at BCP, bringing 17 years of hands-on construction experience and a deep commitment to teamwork, mentorship, and project excellence. Based in Canton, GA, Mr. MacQueen plays a key role in managing new construction projects, supporting departmental operations, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Mr. MacQueen’s career path began in Buffalo, NY, where he entered the construction industry working for a commercial roofing company. His experience quickly broadened as he took on residential roofing and part-time work for a family-owned handyman business, gaining valuable skills in drywall installation, light framing, electrical work, siding, and custom carpentry. This early foundation established the versatility and practical expertise he brings to BCP today.
Originally moving to Georgia to pursue his dream of becoming an elementary physical education teacher, Mr. MacQueen taught while simultaneously working with BCP as much as possible. His dedication, work ethic, and strong alignment with the company’s values eventually led him to join BCP full time—a decision rooted in his belief in the company’s leadership and the promise that the organization would grow alongside his own professionalism.
At BCP, Mr. MacQueen’s responsibilities span new construction project management, L10 meeting facilitation, SFR estimating, and serving as an advisor to both the SFR and Maintenance departments. He is known for his patient teaching style, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build genuine relationships across teams. His certifications—including Home Inspector, Lead, and OSHA—underscore his commitment to safety, quality, and professional development.
Mr. MacQueen is proudest of the people he works with each day and finds fulfillment in seeing a finished project become a home that residents can take pride in. His accomplishments include being named BCP’s 2019 MVP and continually living out his guiding philosophy: Put relationships over profits.
Mr. MacQueen holds a teaching degree in Physical Education and Health from Canisius College of Buffalo. Outside of work, he is a passionate sports enthusiast who lives by a team-first mentality and believes deeply in achieving goals through collaboration and shared effort.

Ashley Heinrich is an experienced Construction Coordinator based in Marietta, GA, bringing more than 15 years of industry experience across property preservation and residential building. With a strong background in new construction and a proven ability to manage budgets, bank draws, and project coordination, she plays an essential role in supporting BCP’s construction operations and ensuring projects move efficiently from planning to completion.
With five years dedicated specifically to new construction management—and over fifteen years in the broader preservation and building field—Ms. Heinrich has developed a deep understanding of the construction lifecycle. Her prior work in new construction divisions provided her with hands-on expertise in project organization, process management, and cross-team collaboration. Known for her strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through, she contributes to streamlined project execution and improved operational consistency across BCP’s builds.
Ms. Heinrich was drawn to BCP for the opportunity to advance her career within a motivated and growing organization. She takes great pride in seeing new builds come to life and finds fulfillment in being directly involved in the development of high-quality residential projects. Ms. Fairweather is a dynamic and versatile real estate professional with extensive experience in residential loan origination, investor relations, fund management, sales, and business development. She possesses a deep understanding of residential real estate investment strategies, debt and equity structures, and process management.
Throughout her career, Ms. Fairweather has successfully planned and executed impactful marketing and sales strategies, both individually and as an executive overseeing sales and marketing initiatives. As a founding member of the Genesis group of companies, she played a crucial role in developing their platforms and was instrumental in virtually all aspects of loan origination and client management. Her focus on continuous enhancement and measurable improvements in underwriting, originations and investor relations significantly contributed to the firm’s success.
In her capacity with Genesis Capital, Ms. Fairweather facilitated the due diligence of their initial leverage facilities, utilizing her expertise to create transparent and efficient processes that expanded the fund’s market presence. Her ability to handle both professional and personal tasks—while maintaining a calm and solutions-focused approach—supports the executive office and strengthens overall organizational efficiency.
